This is made possible by the use of 6 optimized Ø6 mm heat pipes , a copper coldplate for efficient contact with the CPU, and a dense array of 62 aluminum fins .
Slim 120mm PWM Fan with High Airflow: The heatsink comes with a slim (only 15mm thick) 120mm fan with Fluid Dynamic Bearing (FDB) . This PWM fan offers a good balance between airflow ( 36.75 CFM ) and silence ( ≤24.2 dB(A) ).
