Law 104 relief.

On our site you can take advantage of Law 104, and you will not have to pay VAT at 22% but at 4% as per LAW 5 February 1992, n. 104.

The necessary documents to attach to our email info@breunor .com are:

  1. Product Link : Indicate the link to the product of interest.
  2. Proof of identity : Please provide a scanned copy of a valid proof of identity.
  3. Self-certification : fill out and submit the self-certification form attesting to possession of the requirements set out in Law 104.
    To receive the self-certification signed by the disabled person in PDF format, please make a request in the email sent.
  4. INPS resolution : attach the document relating to the disability certification.
  5. Document Verification : The documents provided will be examined by our administration. If they are found suitable and accepted, the bank credentials will be provided along with the final cost for the payment.
