Are the hardware components the same as standard PCs?
Custom builds use high-end components — Intel i7/i9 or AMD Ryzen 7800X3D CPUs, RTX 5070 Ti/RX 9070 XT GPUs, DDR5 RAM, NVMe SSDs and 360mm AIO coolers with LCD display. Customization is purely aesthetic and makes no compromises on performance.
How long does it take to receive a custom PC?
Custom builds require 30 to 40 working days for production. Once shipped, DHL delivers within 24/48 working hours in Italy. If you have a specific delivery date, contact us before ordering to check feasibility.
Can I request a fully custom theme not in the catalog?
Yes. For specific customizations beyond available models, contact the team at preventivi@breunor.com describing your idea. The team will evaluate feasibility and provide a dedicated quote.
Is the hand-painted finish durable? How do I care for the case?
The artisan paintwork is applied and treated to last over time under normal use. For cleaning, use a slightly damp microfiber cloth — avoid aggressive detergents or solvents that could damage the painted surfaces.
